About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 40 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

Fabric: Lightweight fuchsia satin, white bridal satin, sheer pink stiff organza, sheer white organza The bodice is completely lined. It is made of fuchsia satin, with organza ruffles going from center front to center back, attached with a white ruffled lace. Sweetheart neckline has lace around the open neck, using a tulip design in the stitching. A small florette is attached to the center front, with organza surrounding a satin rose. Full 8-gored skirt is hand pleated at the waist seam for a professional finish. Skirt fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included). The base is made of fuchsia satin, and the bottom tier is made from sheer stiff pink organza, finished with a narrow white lace along the top edge, and a wider flat lace along the hem. It is attached with a wide ruffled floral white lace. The next layers are made from a slightly narrower cut of the organza, finished edges are done the same way. The top layer lifts at every other seam, and is met there by a little white flower, made from white organza surrounding a satin rose in the center. See close-up. Full pouffy sleeves are hand pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish and elasticized at the upper arm for a comfortable fit. They feature the classic UniKaren Designs triangular overlay which is trimmed in ruffled lace, and there is a pink organza bow at the bottom of the point. Hems are finished with wide white lace to match the bloomers. The stiffness of the organza helps the sleeves to hold their own shape. Center back zipper, with hook & eye closure. ACCESSORIES: Matching bloomers are completely lined. They ave two rows of pink organza ruffles across the back. They are elasticized at the waist and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The hems are finished with wide white lace. Two little white satin ribbon bows adorn the side seams. Center back has an elastic loop to attach bloomers to the same hanger as the dress. A separate apron is made from bridal white satin and covered in white organza. The ruffles are made of white organza and are finished with white flat lace. The sashes are made of satin. Two little white satin ribbon bows adorn the intersection at the waist. A separate plain sash is made from bridal satin across the front of the waist, and the ties are made of white organza. A hair bow was requested, and is made from white organza and white ribbon and pink organza ribbon, with a two florettes in the center, enhanced by some wedding beading. A choker was also requested, and is made of white satin with white lace, and features an organza bow decoration at the front, with a satin and organza flower setting, along with wedding beading to match the hair bow.
