About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... since the mid '70s. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

"Swiss Organza" by UniKaren Designs PHOTOS ARE COPYRIGHT TO UNIKARENDESIGNS. If you wish to use any photos of me modeling my dresses on your website, you MUST obtain permission. Fabric: Mid-weight white satin, sheer pink crisp organza Full 8-gored skirt is serged, and hand-pleated at the waist seam for a professional finish. Bottom tier features a satin ruffle with a 1" flat hem and a narrow flat white lace along the top edge. The next row of ruffles is also made of satin, with narrow flat white lace along both edges. The next row of ruffles is made from sheer pink crisp organza, with a narrow rolled hem along the edges. This ruffle sweeps up and down across the front, then up to the center back. Where the ruffle peaks in the front there is a wide pink satin ribbon bow. Between the center back sweeps are yards and yards more ruffles. The front of the skirt has a very short peplum made from the pink organza, and is trimmed with light pink ruffled lace. Bodice is white satin, lined with a poly-cotton broadcloth for sturdiness. It is a very fitted shape through the waist section, with six darts. The style of Swiss Miss features a lace-up look in the center front, using specialty lace that allows a cord to be inserted through the holes. This cord is not intended to be used to tighten the bodice (use the sashes for this). Shown here with pink ribbon. The lace is then trimmed with a white ruffled lace that has pink satin woven through the flat part. The bodice inset is organza over satin, and is elasticized across the top. This allows for flexibility if you to add fullness to your chest. It is as flexible, depending on how much cleavage is desired. The entire neckline is finished with light pink ruffled lace, and upon inspection of the stitch used to sew it on, you will see a series of little hearts. Sashes are made from the organza and stem from the side seams, and tie into a lovely stiff bow that will hold its shape in the back. Skirt will fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included). Full pouffy sleeves are made white satin and have the traditional UniKaren triangular overlay, trimmed with the light pink ruffled lace as seen on the peplum. A light pink satin bow adorns the tip of the overlay to match the bows on the organza ruffle.. Sleeves are elasticized for comfort, and the hems are finished with 1" flat white lace, as is on the hem of the bottom tier. Center back zipper with hook & eye closure at the top.		MEASUREMENTS REMEMBER THIS !! Chest: 44" and expandable Waist: 42" Bodice: 19" Skirt: 18" Length from shoulder to hem: 37" Across upper back: 15" ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ You can always wear a dress that is too large, but you cannot wear one that is too small.
