Fabric: Solid poly/cotton pink with subtle dotted design, combined with lightweight poly printed gingham design with large white dots or circles.
Solid light pink flat bodice features an attached bib and ruffles in the contrasting gingham print, to create a cute pinafore effect. Wide ruffles have lace on edges, and go from front to back over the shoulders, attached with white ruffled lace.
Peter Pan collar has lace sandwiched between the layers and is attached with a bias strip made of the same fabric.
Two skirts: underskirt is a full skirt with a bottom tier, and full overskirt is attached to it, both hand pleated at the waist seam for a professional finish. Bottom tier features a ruffle made from the print, with white lace trimming the top edge, and white lace on the hem. It is attached with ruffled nylon white lace. The upper skirt is made from the print, with a wide white ruffled lace finishing the hem.
Skirt will fit over a 100-yard crinoline (not included).
Printed fabric creates an attached waistband and sashes to create a perky bow over the center back, to help create the illusion of a separate pinafore.
Full pouffy sleeves are hand pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish and elasticized at the upper arm for a comfortable fit. Hems are finished with white lace. A soft white satin ribbon bow embellishes the side of each sleeve.
Matching bloomers have three rows of white ruffled lace across the back. They are elasticized at the waist and leg openings for a comfortable fit. The hems are finished with wide floral scalloped lace to go ensure the bloomers peek beneath the skirt.
The center back of the bloomers have an elastic loop, to use on the same hanger as the dress.

Second pair of bloomers are LINED, and have three rows of ruffles going all the way around, meeting at
the center back. The top of the ruffles are finished with a rolled hem, and the bottom edges are finished
with a white flat lace, matching the hems of the pant legs. There are gros-grain white ribbon bows at the
side seams of the pant legs. The top edge is finished in a white lace, with elastic.
Locks: There is a chain attached to the center front seam, to match a chain on the inside center of the
dress, to attach together with a padlock.
There is a locking zipper that comes with two keys, up the center back.
On the inside of the leg seams, there is an elastic loop. You can insert a padlock (not included)
through the two loops to prevent you from walking very comfortably.
