It's a unique adult size UniKaren Design, with a baby-style bodice inspired by this pattern:

Has hand-pleated skirt attached to very short bodice, with an embroidered scalloped hem on the skirt and incorporated into the sleeves. Peter Pan collar is trimmed with white piping. with a satin white bow in the center front.

Large pouffy sleeves bring together the lovely girly look, with elastic for upper arm comfort, hand pleated for a professional and crisp look.

Long center back zipper.

BLOOMERS  have elasticized waistband & leg openings.  Hems are trimmed with gorgeous white lace.  This lace also appears around the front of the matching BONNET, which has also a wide white eyelet ruffle at the front, and extra long ties.
