About UniKaren Designs: Purchasing a UniKaren Design means you are getting an ORIGINAL outfit. Since I was a teenager, I have been designing and sewing square dance outfits... it's been 33 years now. To this day I still have hundreds of design ideas and I look forward to seeing them come to fruition, and hope that you will continue to enjoy what I create.

Privacy Policy: All items are discretely packaged. Tissue is folded into the outfit to prevent wrinkling as much as possible. Item is then wrapped in plastic before box packaging. A mailing label is placed on the inside parcel in the event the outside parcel is damaged. For items going outside of the country, please inform me as to what you want written on the declaration. I respect your need for discretion.

All outfits are designed and sewn by me. I take a great deal of pride in my workmanship. Seams professionally finished & pressed. Your satisfaction with the product is of the utmost importance to me. Fabric: Red satin, black satin Skirt fits a full petti, shown here on 100-yard crystalline one (not included). Gored skirt falls in a beautiful circle, with a bottom tier trimmed in red lace. Ruffly lined apron is attached at center front. Upper ruffle has satin stitched edge in red along top & red flat lace along the bottom edges. Attached with double ruffled red satin over black nylon ruffled lace, and narrow black ribbon over that. Goes all the way around and sweeps up to the center back. At the upper sweeps of the ruffle is a wide black ribbon bow with long tails. Apron is attached at center front and finished as the rest of the skirt. Two black ribbon bows embellish either side at the waist. Flat bodice is not darted, perfect for a young girl look. Upper chest is covered with a ruffle, attached with the double ruffled lace, and an extra row of black ruffled lace trims close to the neck edge. Full pouffy sleeves are elasticized for upper arm comfort, hemmed in red flat lace. Double ruffled red & black lace embellishes the sleeves to a point shape, with a black ribbon bow at the point. They are pleated at the shoulder for a professional finish. Red satin sashes stem from the side seams to create a beautifully decorated bow over the center back. If you have questions, just ask.
